Laeticia Haynes - Founder & Principal

Laeticia brings more than 15 years of human resources and operational leadership experience across the private and public sectors. She specializes in change management and workforce transformation, guiding organizations through people, process, and system shifts that strengthen capability and readiness.


Her background in process analysis enables her to assess complex workflows, pinpoint operational gaps, and design data-driven solutions that enhance performance and scalability. She is known for integrating people, processes, and technology to modernize operations and position organizations for long term success.


Laeticia brings a disciplined, forward-looking approach to building HR foundations that are practical, scalable, and aligned with organizational strategy. She is committed to continuous improvement and operational clarity, supported by academic training that includes a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Victoria and a Master’s Certificate in Organization Development & Change from York University.
